To extend & preserve the longevity of your accessory and to minimize damage, please follow these general care instructions :
* No Chemicals
Keep your jewelry away from chemical products such as perfumes, soaps, creams, oil, sprays, etc.
* Keep Dry & Humidity Free
Take off your jewelry before your daily routines such as showers,exercise,washing dishes,beach pool.
If they get wet, dry with a towel and keep them out of humidity.
* Organize Correctly
Lay your jewelry flat on a piece of cloth to avoid tangling or scratching.
Use jewelry organizers to separate from other products.
Shipping
Standard shipping packages should arrive within 3-12 business days after shipped.
Express shipping packages should arrive within 2-3 business days after shipped.
Shipping times do not include production times which can be 1-4 days. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Packages may be delayed due to high demand in holidays
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Email us with your issue with an image and we will help you as soon as possible.
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
We accept customized order only if we have the required materials to produce your custom order.
